Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on fresh floral arrangements, custom designs, personalized items, or special event orders.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at jodetailscreations@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and original packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion.
JoDetails is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, incorrect handling, or failure to follow flower care instructions after delivery or pickup.
All sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
