This website is operated by JoDetails. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JoDetails. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the website or use any Services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

 

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

 

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

JoDetails specializes in fresh floral arrangements and custom designs. Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly from photos due to seasonality and availability.
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable.
  • All arrangements are made fresh to order.

We do not guarantee exact color shades or bloom sizes.

SECTION 3 – ORDER

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect pricing
  • Product unavailability

Orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance unless otherwise specified. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

 

 

 

SECTION 4 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or delivery fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

 

SECTION 5 – DELIVERY & PICKUP

We offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius of Miami Gardens, Florida.

 

 

  • Delivery fee: $20
  • Minimum order: $75
  • Orders require at least 2 days notice

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If no recipient is available at delivery, the arrangement may be left in a secure location. JoDetails is not responsible for damage or loss once delivery is completed. Free pickup is available by appointment. Customers will receive pickup instructions after order confirmation.

 

 

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on floral arrangements, custom designs, or personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours at:

Clear photos of the product and packaging are required for review.

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

All content on this site including images, logos, designs, text, and branding are the property of JoDetails and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

SECTION 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JoDetails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

 

 

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

 

SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
